Return Policy

Please note that due to hygiene concerns we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds for change of mind or if you wish to request a different style/size. We encourage you to review your order carefully before making a purchase. You can always contact us for any return question at info.auranail@gmail.com

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be unused, with all tool kit items. 
  • The item must be in its original packaging. 
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info.auranail@gmail.com.
